Anthony Roberts is our head chef here at Eighteen at the Radisson, as well as the Radisson Hotel itself.
A four-star chef with more than five years of experience at our hotel, he is a seasoned culinary expert with years of schooling and training under some of the most talented chefs. As head chef, Anthony oversees a kitchen staff of five to seven cooks, and his passion for culinary art overflows into the love and care he pours into crafting our tantalizing menus for diners to enjoy each and every time they stop by.

Each server has undergone professional fine dining experience training and many members of our wait staff are accomplished professionals, having served in fine dining establishments for years. Our wait staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to our brunch, dinner and wine/cocktail menus, and are more than happy to answer questions, give recommendations and ensure that you are happy with whatever meal you choose.
