Jake possesses a Bachelors of Business Administration and a degree in culinary arts from the Midwest Culinary Institute. After considerable studies and nearly 15 years of experience within the Food and Beverage industry, Jake brings expertise and extensive knowledge to the Radisson. Crafting cocktails and hand selecting wine and beer to pair with our phenomenal menu is one of the many improvements that can be attributed to Jake’s presence. Alyson joined the Radisson team in 2013 and has held many various positions throughout the hotel since. She is currently working as the Restaurant Events Manager and controls the intake of all large reservations inside the revolving restaurant.
